While I would never be so foolish to say opening a shop is never in the future, I can truthfully say it isn’t in my short- or long-term plan. My primary focus will always be the specific needs of each individual client. Operating a retail counter means having to ensure there is enough product stocked and having enough personnel to staff the counter. Everything! I only use bottom-line pricing on my quotes. The price I quote you includes the cake, decorating, boxing, credit card fees, and even delivery. You can rest assured there are never hidden fees unless you request a change to your order.

Yes! For weddings and other large events, cutting service is available. Please be sure to mention that you would like to discuss this option.

My cutting service is provided by me personally. You can be sure that you are receiving the best cake possible when the chef himself is willing to stand beside it in front of your guests while serving them!

Protecting the environment is something I take seriously. I start with sourcing organic and fair-trade ingredients whenever possible. Some packaging and displays are reusable to reduce landfill use. Since everything is custom made to order, waste is reduced to an absolute minimum since I don’t have to maintain a large inventory.

I will work with you no matter what your timeline is, but I do ask kindly for at least two weeks’ notice when possible.

Wedding cakes should be booked at least six months in advance as bookings do fill up early. Bookings are on a first come first serve basis, and I recommend booking your reservation during your In-Person Tasting.

An In-Person Tasting costs $50, which will go toward the deposit if you book your reservation within 48 hours of the tasting.
